MUDRAS are gestures of the hands or body, which allow us to tune into new areas of awareness.
Bending, crossing, and connecting the fingers can effectively influence the body, breath, and mind.
In this innovative class, mudras will be incorporated into every part of the practice (meditation, breath, postures and relaxation) as a way of listening more deeply to our inner wholeness. We will also discuss the history and philosophy of mudra in the ancient teachings.
This will be an active yoga class, appropriate for anyone with some yoga experience and the willingness to explore new levels of awareness on the mat.
